Same as title! If your child wears footless PJs at night, do you put socks on them? And also do they wear a sleepsack?
I went to buy DS new PJs at the weekend and none of the 12-18 month ones had feet! I left him in bare feet last night and he seemed fine, but wondering what others do?!

Yep I put socks on him. His feet get cold and he always kicks his blanket off

depends how cold it is. she's not a huge fan of socks. if it's going to be REALLY cold out (below 10 F) I will because our house is drafty. but otherwise she seems fine. she's 2.5.

We don't, but he sleeps in a fleece sleepsack. If it's really cold I will put socks on.

I do, but her room is the coldest in the house and it's winter, and she doesn't sleep in a sleep sack and usually kicks off the blankets.
Come warmer weather I probably won't. She doesn't seem to care either way. She's 19 months.
They definitely make footie pjs in this size- we just got more carters fleece and cotton in size 24 months. The downside is that after a lot of washing the grippy bottoms get less grippy and more slippery.

Yup...he asks for them, so we put them on. We also have a Baby Dee Dee sleep sack on him as well because he won't stay under other blankets.

No socks for sleeping. But if we are home hanging out in pjs I have them wear socks and slippers since we have all wood floors.

No, but his room is the warmest in the house and he always manages to get them off anyway.

We do socks, now if we forget LO will remind us that she needs socks on.

i am just about to switch to footless pjs i think and was wondering about this. I think we will try socks as LO tends to roll around while sleeping and the blankets don't stay on. However, if he says no or pulls them off, I guess there won't be much we can do!

Yes, he asks to wear socks even though his room is probably warm enough to go without. He also has two blankets he insists on sleeping with.

The room is fairly warm and his feet don't feel cold so I don't put socks on him. If it felt cold, I probably would. We don't use a sleepsack either.

DS1 - no, he's 2.5 and he likes to sleep with bare feet. He takes them off.
DS2 - yes, he's 9 months and he's still in a sleep sack.

For 15 mo old, occasionally, but not usually, since he wears a sleep sack and seems to run warm.
For 3 year old, absolutely, he refuses to use a blanket and throws them out of his bed and when we don't put socks on, his poor little feet feel really cold to me in the morning.

Nope. She pulls them off immediately. She also doesn't use a sleep sack. She likes to have her feet sticking out.

Yes, but he loves socks. He has lots of character socks and asks to change then several times a day, so he loves picking it which ones he'll wear to bed.

I do, but she usually kicks them off, she runs warm so I don't feel they are completely necessary. she sleeps with a normal blanket.

Thanks so much for all the replies, seems like it depends on the babe! DS does wear a sleep sack so I'm sure he's fine for now - but it just felt weird zipping him in there with his little feet all exposed!

It depends on the weather. If it's cold, yes, if it's not, no. He doesn't ever rip them off.
