Not the same but I had a t/v ultrasound, that my pcp decided needed to be done that day, so I couldn't price things out. That was 550 dollars all by itself so 700 for 2 ultrasounds and blood work doesn't seem so bad. Our Healthcare system sucks

With my first RE, we did Clomid and TI. I was with Kaiser so everything was billed separately. I think it was $137 for each blood draw, $125 for each ultrasound and $50 for meds. Each cycle I had 2 blood draws, CD3 and a week after "ovulation" (I never actually ovulated), and 2-4 ultrasounds to check follicles. We did 4 cycles with Clomid and 2 cycles with Femara before I called it quits and found a new RE.

Each ultrasound (3 total) is $150 out of pocket, trigger shot I ended up not even needing was $75 (insurance didn’t cover), progesterone was $20 (insurance covered). So almost $550. Pregnant and hoping beyond hope this baby sticks.

@LAZB: Here's how it worked out for me on my last cycle. The only things covered by insurance are my ultrasounds.

Monitoring = $120:
Copay: $35 at both CD3 and midcycle apts.
CD3 bloodwork: $25 + again at midcycle scan
CD3 scan: $250 but covered by insurance + again at midcyle scan (so, I didn't have to pay for this)

Meds + IUI = $880 (I can break that down if you're interested too)

Is that cash price? None of it covered by insurance? My RE somehow coded it funny so that it ended up not being a fertility treatment and got covered like anything else. Even the IUI was just an 'in office procedure'. So I got pretty lucky with my monitoring for TI and IUI.
Though I found out through my IVF cycles that if I did my bloodwork and ultrasounds outside of the RE office (I had to since my RE was out of state) that it also did not get coded as fertility treatment and was covered under diagnosis for endocrine disorder or something like that. I guess since Quest/Labcorp and the ultrasound clinic technically weren't fertility centers, they couldn't even bill as such even though it was for a IVF cycle.

@LAZB: I think most of mine was covered via insurance but with co pays probably around $150?!
