When did they start room sharing and how did it go?
We want to put the boys in the same room (our next house is 4 bedroom, but one bedroom is TINY and has no closet). We plan on a third kid, so will bunk the boys together eventually. Their shared room has 2 closets and is big. I'm hoping to do it when DS2 is around 18 months or so (DS1 would be 4).

Following...we plan to start this weekend...DS1 is 3 and DS2 is 18 mos. I will let you know how it goes. We want to make the nursery a guest room.

I plan to do it within the next couple of months. DS1 is 3 and DS2 is 18 months. Little brother's room needs to become little sister's room.

I don't think I'm much help.. but my brother and I bunked together. Not until we were a little older though, maybe 5 and 3?? .. and we did for many many years. We loved it and our room was TINY.

We aren't there yet, they each have their own room, but if we have a 3rd most likely they will share for awhile. At this time they will be around 3 and 6.

Eff. It's like musical beds at our house. We put them in the same room a few weeks ago, and the first couple nights weren't bad. I thought it would help DD sttn. Well, when dd wakes up she wakes ds up who then gets up and crawls in our bed. She cries off and on a couple times throughout the night usually.
Lately ds has been just falling asleep in our bed, i feel asleep in his bed last night and at 4am got up with dd. Ugh!!!! It's be awful!

We have a 4 bedroom house and we are thinking about putting 2 kids in the same room if we have a 3rd so we can keep our guest space (we have lots of visitors). Either that or just buy a new house LOL.

@MsMini: yeah, we get a lot of visitors too! We may finish some space over the garage down the road....but probably not for at least 3 years, if ever.

We've been putting them both in the same room for maybe a month? The baby doesn't sttn still, so sometimes wakes up the big one. Luckily he doesn't say too much and goes back to sleep, other times he's clearly a little extra tired the next day.
