Only have had experience with a fever so far. Fever isn't too bad when DD and DS had it a few times in the last week or two. They are only 4 months. I'm assuming the fevers feel worse for them when they are older.

I'd probably prefer diarrhea out of all those mentioned because I hate when my kids are feverish and vomiting is so unpredictable with kids but diarrhea we've had with both and it wasn't tooooo terrible. (Even for my oldest who had it for 2 weeks!! The ped wasn't concerned since he wasn't dehydrated and was still eating well and all that - she said some bugs just take awhile to run their course.)

Anything but vomit.

D is so sad when he has a fever, but he's just a cuddle/bug sleeper. It's actually pretty easy besides the worry.

Fever! It doesn't affect his sleep so much. Anything with the stomach he can't sleep and screams.
