Hellobee Boards

I read right before final nurse. Both boys and I read together, then D goes to his room for bed while I nurse M to sleep.

I also nurse before bed and I nurse, read a story when she takes a break, nurse, read a story before switching sides, nurse, story, nurse + white noise and then she goes down. If she's super tired I will sometimes read while she's nursing to speed things along, though I don't like to do that because I want her to be focused on nursing (and not turning the pages!) so she gets enough to eat. All our stories are short, board book ones.

We do the rest of bedtime routine, then a book, then nurse, then sleep. She's too tired after nursing for a book, but she's only 7.5 months.

I do books first. Then brush teeth, pajamas, and nurse. When I tried to do books last there was a lot of crying, so I did not push it.

We do bathe, books, pj's, more books, milk, brush, songs, bed. We like him to "air dry" a little after bath so we read a few books while he's just in his towel and then he likes when DH reads to him while I'm putting on his jammies. Luckily we haven't had more than a few accidents!
