@bizwitch: Yeah that was in November. My first draw was 24 and after 48 hours it was 6. Below 5 is not pregnant. So I'm thinking my number today will be double digits or single digits and it will help with closure.

@knittylady: Below % is not pregnant? I'm confused.

Again I'm so so sorry. I'm fairly certain I had a CP back in July when I had a squinter followed by a period that was 4 days late and incredibly painful.

Starting to feel some slight PMS symptoms. A bit of cramping and sore knees. As I get older my joints start to feel sore and inflamed before/during my period. AF not due for 3-5 more days though.

I think AF is here! 3 days early! WTF?!!!

Cramping and just had spotting when I wiped. Ugh I'm so mad. I seriously want to cry. Thank God it's Friday and I'm leaving work in less than an hour.

Completely unrelated but I just went to my car to go do an interview (I'm a reporter) and the car has a flat tire. Not even my car bc I switched with a friend so she could use my SUV to move. This day...

@madisonbee: Girl I did when waiting for the AAA truck! All patched up and ready to head home. The repair woman had a puppy in her truck, so that was a nice surprise!

@bizwitch: good! Any chance this is implantation bleeding? Doesn't that happen between 6-12dpo?

@madisonbee: I guess it could but the cramps feel a lot like AF. We'll see if I'm still bleeding in the AM.

Oh, and I didn't end up having any more drinks but I did eat a whole lot of chocolate.

Just want to say something that borders on whining, but I have no place else to post it but here:

It feels like everyone has a baby but me. Cousins that are 8 years younger. Friends from high school and college. Coworkers. Neighbors. Friends. The lady at the grocery store. The man waiting at the bus stop. Everyone. But. Me.

I know it's not true. I know many people struggle, privately. But I still want to whine and cry when I see parents and children everywhere I look, online and in the real world.

@bizwitch: you're speaking to my soul, sister. I'm surrounded by highly fertile and pregnant women at work. As I type this, I'm standing behind a pregnant lady at the bank.

    It'll happen to us soon.

When I had a mc before DS1 a coworker told me this and it really stuck with me. I hope it' helps you the way it helped (and helps) me.

    @bizwitch: You're not alone I'm sorry - it's so hard.

I doubt I've found the right approach to TTC, but I think my attitude right now is to just remind myself that it will get better, even if the ultimate outcome isn't a baby, most people eventually find peace with whatever happens. It's just a matter of putting one foot in front of the other, until it works out or we find a different path.

Right now, it feels hard. Our embryo was measuring way behind yesterday and it's heart was barely beating. The doctor thought dates might just be off, but I know I didn't get a BFP at 2dpo (right, I wish), and everything points to the prognosis being pretty grim for measuring that far behind and having such a low heart rate at this point. I just don't think it's realistic to have much hope. This morning my husband said something that really hurt, though I realize after talking through it that it was just a miscommunication and he's just at a loss about why I seem so sad. I can't go out and do anything because the doctor told me to stay off my feet due to another complication, I feel super nauseous, and now keep having vivid dreams about having a painful miscarriage and having my period. In some sense, though, I know I should feel in a better place than a couple of months ago, as we're very lucky that we were able to get pregnant, even if it doesn't stick.

I know that things could be so, so, so much worse - facebook reminded me this morning about some pictures from a trip to Syria I'd uploaded 10 years ago, I just can't believe what has happened there. But thinking about how bad things could be just makes me sad for the world. I'm trying to let go of the fear that I'll never be a mom, because I think that's at the root of a lot of the negative emotions.

@periwinklebee: I'm so sorry. Take care of yourself. And don't be afraid to let yourself feel sad if you need to. I mean that in the kindest way possible. I have had to learn that over the past couple of years. We have experienced some difficult things and I sometimes didn't allow myself to feel sad about it because I felt guilty for being sad because others might be experiencing something even more difficult. I hope that makes sense. You have been and continue to be in my thoughts.

@jhd: Thank you your support really means a lot.

I feel like I can go in a second from feeling fine to super sad and worried about everything; I'm not really used to having my mood swing so quickly, but I figure it will be more straightforward to process things once the hormones start to drop... I agree, I really don't want to bury my feelings and have it just cause more anxiety down the road.

I hope that things are going well and that the OPKs this month worked for you. I have my fingers crossed!

@periwinklebee: that sounds completely normal between all the hormones and the uncertainty you have just now. sending lots of hugs. you have been such an encouragement to everyone on the TTC boards! holding out hope for some better news for you soon!
