DD goes to an in home daycare and has been at home the past two days because her provider came down with the flu. DH stayed home with her Monday and my mom watched her today. Tonight we got notice that the provider will be open tomorrow, but now her daughter has the flu. She will be quarantined tomorrow, and our provider is really good about sanitizing.

Our whole family was hit with the stomach flu a few weeks ago, and I really don't want to relive that, so I'm considering taking tomorrow off and keeping DD home another day. The concern I have is that this has already been a nasty winter and I've taken three sick days already. I'm trying to save as much time as possible for my maternity leave coming up. I HAVE the days, so I can use them, but the leave is a consideration. It's not an option to have DH or my mom watch her tomorrow.

DH did point out that even keeping her home one more day doesn't guarantee anything, as others in her family could get sick.

So, if you were in my position, what would you do?

Edited to add that another child who goes there has been healthy, but his mom was sick over the weekend too. I'm hoping if he was going to get the flu he would already have it though.
