Luckily for me, right now we live in a. Walkable city and can do most of our quick errands with the stroller, but I know I have definitely questioned when I can or can't leave C in the car- going into a store is a no for me (and I will skip errands because of that) but say I pulled up to an atm on the outside of a bank. Can I leave her in the car while I walk up and get cash? It takes less time than filling up a gas tank and I certainly leave her inside then. And the article makes a good point that a moving vehicle is more dangerous than a parked one.

Also interesting that this came out of NJ, where they just passed new strict car seat laws.
