What fun activities do you have planned for the long holiday weekend? We always go to DH's hometown for their celebration, his dad marches in the parade and carries the flag as a veteran, it means a lot to us for our girls to see him in his American Legion uniform. Otherwise we will probably lay low and just enjoy our extra time together!

Renting a cabin on a lake with friends! Swimming, playing games, grilling, wine tasting. If only I didn't have this workday in front of me!

It's not fun, but I'm potty training. By myself. And I'm pregnant, so I can't even have any alcohol at the end of the day. We are also probably going to grill on Monday.

Dinner with friends, boat races, a community block party fundraiser. DH has to work Monday so T and I are going to hit some sales.

Tonight - packing
Tomorrow - heading to the jersey shore to my inlaws beach house. It will be 10 adults (3 sets of G-parents, me/hubs, SIL/BIL), 3 toddlers, 4 dogs and a cat. i'm preggo so i can't drink and hubs is on call so he cant drink.... should be fun... at least the weather will be nice and we wont be stuck inside the very small duplex. -
Relaxing! DH has been working lots of OT, so I'm excited to just hang out and spend time together

Tomorrow we are participating in a Color Run! I'm so excited for my son to do this with us, I think he is going to have a blast being pelted with colored corn starch.
Sunday we are going to a minor league baseball game with some friends and tailgating beforehand.
Monday we are barbecuing and watching the first game of the Stanley Cup playoffs! I'm so excited, it is the first time our team has been in the finals in its 25 year history! Go Sharks!

We don't have Memorial Day here, but it is a long weekend because its the Spring bank holiday. We are going to a big park on Sat for a picnic - they have toddler sized fairground rides and peddle boats too.

Tomorrow is BBQ @ SIL's so she can play with her cousins. Sunday a friend/neighbor's having a BBQ w/ tons of kids. Debating between that and going to the fish hatchery that I reserved passes for at the library.
Monday is up in the air... There is a fair so we might do that, or the zoo, or the farm...

Tonight- DH and I are going out! Without kids! (we just moved in with my parents as we are in between houses so taking advantage of built in babysitters). Tomorrow we have a birthday party, I'm going to get a mani/pedi and take a nap. Sunday we are hiking and no plans for Monday, but there will be another nap for mama....
