DH and I are having trouble picking names for our second son! We already have a Nolan and would like to have a not common name for our next little boy. On our list right is:
- Theodore Ryan
-Henry Michael
- Elliot Joseph.
I am open to suggestions. DH and I are going to sit down tonight and try to hammer out a name we both like.

I know someone with a Noland and she had two boys afterwards, Ethan and Greyson. I think they work reallty well all together. Good luck!

Let me just say that I love your list so far. Hehe. DS1's name is Elliot. Henry was his runner up name, and Theodore is on our list for DS2. Of course I'm no help because I'm pretty stumped myself figuring out a name for DS2. I only have a month left. Eeks!

It was so hard for DH and I to agree on Nolan's name....Hopefully he will be more open to figuring out a name this evening....

Nolan is on our list for our second boy 
We have a Cameron already.
Others we are debating: Everett, Elden, Thomas, Reid, Shea, Dylan, and Hayden.
On our last list we also considered Calvin, Colin, Connor, Ethan, and Ferris (how funny would it be to have a Ferris, Cameron, and Sloane) but he looked like Cameron at our 31 week 4D ultrasound, so likely that's when we'll decide again.

I love Theodore. Henry is definitely a trendy name now. But Elliott is also an adorable name.

DH and I both love Theodore, however family is not so happy with the name.
I also really like Elliot but Dh is on the fence about it...

@MrsRcCar: I love Theodore (Teddy or Theo are both great nicknames) and I agree that Henry is very trendy right now so it might not have the "uncommon" feel you want.

Perhaps we will go with Theodore. Dh and I can really only agree on that name. My mum is worried that it is a big name for a little baby, she is a huge fan of Elliot now. Before she didn't like it one bit. Perhaps the name will grow on her.

My vote is for Theodore! Babies are only babies for a short time...and theodore works for all ages. But this is also what nicknames are for. I love all of your choices but Theodore is definitely the most uncommon yet still well known and classic.

I love Greyson, Simon, and Lincoln (although it's a pretty popular girl name as of late).

Theodore (Theo) is on our short list, along with Elias (Eli), Tobias (Toby) and Jonah. Julian, Gregory and Jeremiah are also contenders.
I also like Gabriel but my MIL's name is Gabriele.

I understand, we tried a few test names with our families the first time around, got a few hypercritical reactions, so we told them with those responses they will not be part of the naming process.

I like all of the names on your list. Elliot is probably my favorite, but I also think it isn't as uncommon as the others. My favorite uncommon boys name is Slate.
