I completely understand what you mean about it feeling like an out of body experience - I felt like I was in a nightmare I couldn't wake up from. I lost my DD2 to polycystic kidney disease (she was delivered at 37 weeks but only lived 13 hours). We found out at 28 weeks that things were not normal at a follow up scan at MFM.
I know you are just heartbroken and I'm just so sorry for your pain and the loss of your child. Sending you all my strength and hopes that you will find healing with time. It is the worst kind of pain to lose a child. My heart is with you
