You guys always have wonderful ideas so I thought I'd ask

I've been following 21 day fix since November last year and I have reached my goal in terms of weight loss and body toning (kind of, for the latter one). I eliminated most carbs, and have been drinking protein shakes as breakfast. Now that I reached my goal I was just hoping to slack off a little and still not completely revert the result, so I no longer drink the protein shakes, but I replaced it with a 100 calorie oatmeal each morning with maybe half a banana and some blueberries. I am still trying to avoid carbs for the rest of the day.

For my days on weekdays usually it looks like this:

Breakfast:
100 cal oatmeal + 1/2 banana + 15-20 blueberries

Mid Morning:
80 cal greek yogurt + almond topping + 10-15 blueberries

Lunch:
Salad (no dressing) with 2 oz smoked salmon OR
egg salad (1-2 eggs mixed with 1/2 avocado and some lemon juice and salt) lettuce wrap
Usually I would have a chocolate or something at the end

Afternoon snack:
90 cal fiber one snack bar, OR
100 cal single serve popcorn

Dinner: A protein (meat, 4-8oz) + veggies + salad. Sometimes a tiny bit of carbs (eg. brown rice). Sometimes I would have a dessert, or a fruit, or chocolate dipped strawberries.

Evening snack: A plum.

The problem is, my belly is storing fat once I stopped drinking the protein shakes and replaced it with oatmeal. It is very clear because for a few days I switch back to the protein shakes, my belly slims down! However I just really can no longer stand the shakes and I don't want to drink that thing that I hate for the rest of my life.

I thought about eating a hard boiled or fried egg for breakfast, but it is so small, and I need something that looks like a big portion to make me feel mentally satisfied, haha.

If you are on a paleo diet (or cutting most carbs like I am), what do you eat for breakfast that is not a protein shake? Any ideas?? Thank you!
