DS is 4.5 years old. For us a very typical morning for us would be a scrambled egg, half a banana, a palm-sized sweet potato zucchini pancake (homemade, batch-frozen), and a mini muffin (also homemade, batch frozen).

For the last two mornings, I was inspired by a video from FB, and made an open-faced toast with peanut butter (I warm up the peanut butter in the toaster oven when I was making the toast), sliced bananas and almonds on top of it. He loved it!

I want to do an avocado toast (with eggs? almonds? haven't thought through the details yet), but I am a bit afraid he won't eat it (even though he likes avocado, he hasn't tried anything with a "green spread").

How about you?
