I'm a WOHM and we usually get home between 5-5:30 (sometimes later). My toddler is absolutely starving! We can hardly prepare anything for dinner because he is having a meltdown wanting to eat. I try giving him a snack (usuallyfruit and milk) to hold him over, but he isn't satisfied until he gets a full meal. It is so stressful. I need some ideas for paleo-inspired meals (we aren't strict paleo, just lean that way) that can either be done in a crockpot or mostly prepared the evening prior so it's pretty quick to the table once we get home!
