In an effort to feel better, get out of our serious carb-filled food rut, and for me to lose the rest of the baby weight, we're starting to eat Paleo-style. Loosely, but I figure even removing pasta once or twice a week is better than what we're doing now. Anyway, I'm a WOHM and am in need of super easy mid-week Paleo meals that have few ingredients and minimal before-work prep time. Ideally, the meals would be fine if left on low for about 9 hours. Or low for 7-8 hrs and on warm for another 2.
Not a huge fan of pork or peppers, otherwise open to any and all suggestions.
