How about we get to know each other a bit:

Why did you start paleo: to eat healthier, lose weight and cut out refined sugar and carbs

Do you follow strictly paleo: No, I follow a diet similar to Weston A Price/Nourishing traditions which does allow the consumption of grains if they are soaked and/or sprouted (I eat sprouted wheat bread), legumes if they are soaked and raw dairy.
Does your whole family eat paleo? My husband will eat whatever I make for him, so as long as I stay on top of making paleo food, he will eat it. DS is 8 months so he doesn't know the difference! He has yet to eat grains or sugar!
Do you eat out: On occasion; it's our cheat nights for sure. We don't live near any healthy places so if we run out of food it's a huge temptation for us! Like yesterday we had subway!
What is your favorite paleo recipe? paleo brownies!! SO GOOD.
