If you are already fit/active, did you find it beneficial to have a personal trainer or continue using one once you became more comfortable?
I don't have any weight loss goals, but i really care about proper form and figuring out a routine that works for me. I found a private gym that is offering introductory sessions with a trainer, but i don't know if i really want to put in the money for more sessions after that.
