I'm still freaking out over cooking my first Thanksgiving dinner! There will be 20 people, including us.

So far I have:
-2 Turkeys (20-25lbs each)
-Each turkey will be stuffed with stuffing
-Gravy (ETA)
-10 lbs of mashed potatoes
-Homemade mac & cheese
-Green bean casserole
-Broccoli (just steam fresh with butter)
-Corn (just steam fresh with butter)
-5 cans of crescent rolls
-Roasted sweet potato wedges **
-Creamed spinach **
-Sauerkraut
-Pumpkin Pie (regular)
-Ice cream pumpkin pie with caramel sauce
-Cherry cobbler
-Some sort of chocolate dessert (someone else is bringing)
-Sodas
-Sweet tea
-Beer (3 different kinds)
-Wine (3 different kinds)

What am I missing? What would you change? The creamed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes are being ordered, so I could swap them for the following (or could just add on the following):

-Caesar salad
-Field greens salad
-Sweet potato casserole
-Honey-glazed carrots
-Roasted mixed veggies

HELP!
