I had my checkup last week and am cleared for exercise! This morning I left the house at 5:30 and did the first day of Couch to 5K so that I would have time to shower, eat breakfast and pump before my husband needed to get ready for work. And my son and I are going to a "postnatal yoga bootcamp (babies welcome)" in an hour.

Tomorrow my parents can watch the baby. So, I will do the 30-Day Shred in the morning before my husband gets up and then another round of C25K when they get here.
