I've been cleared to do light exercise (still waiting on my tailbone to heal), and am trying to map out when to get in 30 minutes to an hour of fitness in once I go back to work in two weeks. Yoga classes don't fit my schedule, and I never consistently do DVDs, although now I may have to force myself! What is your exercise/fitness plan postpartum?
Also, I was a good 30lbs overweight and borderline pcos when I got pregnant, so my midwife advised me to get as healthy as possible for my health and before getting pregnant (once these difficult newborn days are behind us!)
