My son has been doing surprisingly well with potty training. At 25 months we hit that sweet spot and did bootcamp... he decided to poop and pee (and tell us when he had to) on the potty and very rarely has accidents- with us. He stays dry through most naps and 10 hours at night. He has only had one poop accident (he was home, playing outside).

I'm pretty sure this is normal but wondering what you think... he still has accidents only at daycare and almost always when he's outside. Only pee. He seems to be comfortable peeing with the kids in their bathroom and his main babysitter said he will pee no problem but will never *tell* them when he has to go- they put him on the potty every hour or so but the kid literally holds his pee 3+ hours during the day so I do think it's frequent enough visits. He LOVES being outdoors and I think he just won't tell his sitters he has to go.
Do you think he will eventually learn to break from playing and pee at daycare or it it normal to have accidents for a month+? The owner hinted that he "was too young to potty train" and I have a feeling they're getting a little frustrated (though it's very small amounts of pee...)
