PSA: Most Flattering Mom Dress Ever

So - I follow a lady on FB who promotes mom friendly OOTD. I saw her post this dress and I was immediately intrigued...she mentioned in her post that it sells out frequently...so I bought it. Its from Nordstroms so free shipping and returns if necessary...low risk. It is the greatest dress ever. Could be dressed up or down. SO comfortable, so flattering....I am in love with it and buying another one.

I know there are always lots of posts of people looking for good staple pieces - so I figured I'd share one. FWIW - I am 5'5" 168lbs...so curvy and imperfect...and its very flattering.

@MrsADS: I'm 5'5" and wearing a L, it at the lowest point (because of the inverted V) is just above my knee. I do have a large chest (38DD) which uses up some fabric...

@periwinklebee: I hear you! I have an entire box of dresses tucked away while nursing. Try wrap dresses or stretchy v-neck dresses. I bought some on Amazon just recently. My faves:

My concern is the back. It looks like the single layer back of T-shirt material wouldn’t be as forgiving in the back asnin the front.... does it show every bump and panty line in the back???

@periwinklebee: I was just in h and m and found a ton of dresses with button fronts. They were all super comfortable, the prices were A+. Most were gathered at my natural waist and had adequate hem lengths once I found the right size (I find I have to go up a size or two there) I have stored all of my dresses too which is a shame because that’s all I used to wear in summer (and I’m not a dressy person, I’m talking pullover swing dresses from old navy...because...so easy.

@MrsBucky: It is t-shirt material, but a nicer thick quality. I didnt have any panty line issues...Its also no like tight tight on me so that helps too.

Totally jumped on this bandwagon and picked up the teal color (bought two sizes to be sure since I'm pregnant right now and don't know what's best for now/later).
This looks perfect for work and for dressing up or down. I'm also a frequent dress wearer and LOVE this. Hope it wears well in person

@lindseykaye: I wore it with a Blazer to work yesterday - then last night wore it playing around with the kids in the back yard. I feel it would have transitioned to a night out with DH just as well. I love versatile pieces!

We need more "Mom Style" posts!!!
