I made a batch of drumsticks last night and used the 1st recipe I found online - it was simple - olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper - the reviews said it was fantastic - they were ok but nothing spectacular.
Anyone have a yummy recipe for them?
We usually just buy them already cooked but I just realized how cheap they were if you make them at home

I kind of do a simple version of this Mayo Roasted Turkey when I have drumsticks:

Basically I mix some Bell's All-Natural Seasoning into mayo and coat it on the drumsticks. Comes out moist and delicious!

Going off what @Adira posted, this is great for all chicken, but I haven't tried it on drumsticks yet. I would imagine it would be delicious.

@erinbaderin: I was about to post the maple Dijon chicken too. It’s my favorite and so easy. But the drumsticks do kind of fall apart if you try to hold them and eat them.

I like mine pretty simple, roasted with herbs/spices and no sauces.
I coat them in olive oil, generous salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, smoky paprika and a small amount of cumin. Roast them for ages til the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.

I like the skinnytaste buttermilk oven fried chicken. It's a pretty simple recipe and they always turn out juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It's in the skinnytaste cookbook, but I found it online here, too.
