My FIL's girlfriend just retired and I want to get her a little something to celebrate this. We'll be seeing them both this weekend for my FIL"s birthday party. Does anyone have any ideas on what would be good? I honestly don't know her that well other than I know she likes wine. 
I feel like we always give her wine or wine accessories. And while that is my back up, I wasn't sure if anyone else had a great idea. Thanks!

Other ideas:
Membership to a local museum or similar
First edition of a favorite book
If she has a favorite poem or saying, get a nice print of that and frame it
Gift card for her hobbies (if she has any – i.e., card to yarn shop if she knits, etc.)

my dad got a painting from a local artist with a little plaque on it with the years he worked there as his retirement gift from the company. might be a little much. maybe just a bottle of wine from the year she started work? i saw someone who was really happy about a birthday bottle of wine from their birth year so maybe she'd like that.

Sign her up for a wine of the month club.
Magazine subscription for her hobbies if you can find something else besides wine like crafting or gardening.
