I need some help with a beauty routine.
I don't look like myself in the mirror lately. I am working on my sleep schedule and working out. But also, I need to do more than soap and lotion with SPF (and hats when I'm out). That's all I do now.

What do you think of facials vs peels?
How did you come up with your current beauty routine and what do you recommend to a total newbie?
