I'm on a shoe kick right now because I just bought my daughter's shoes for Fall. This past week we went to the outlets and she picked out a pair of boots. Then I bought her a couple of pairs of Mary Janes.

Right now, she has these from Surprize by Stride Rite. I would LOVE to get her a black pair of Livie and Luca Petals, but my husband would have a cow if I spent that much on shoes for the toddler.

@mediagirl: those Mary janes are so cute! I haven't bought that brand before....do they hold up well? I need to buy my 4yo a nicer pair of shoes (not sneakers or boots) for fall but want something durable too.

@mediagirl: Love the bunnies! I wish they came in navy blue or brown. A doesn't wear a lot of red or black. I'm thinking about getting the brown Oak L&Ls though. She also has some SKR sneakers, cat and giraffe Mini Melissas, and some Hedgie L&Ls (if her feet manage to grow into the next size!). I think she'll fit into her brother's Bogs from last year, which I'm super excited about!
B is almost outgrowing all of his shoes again. I haven't stockpiled any in the next size because he grows out of them so quickly I never know what size he'll be wearing in what season! I like to always have a pair of Converse and a pair of SKR sneakers for him, though. He'll definitely need new winter boots too.

@abmamma: yeah, I typically buy L&L used and am normally the second or third owner. By the time we get through with them, they're done. When we have bought a new pair, I'm able to sell them for about half or a little less than half what I paid.

We just bought shoes for the fall this weekend. I'm hoping she foot doesn't grow too fast and she can wear these through the winter. That might be wishful thinking though.

She seems to hate mary-janes (I think her feet are just too fat), so far I have 1 pair of SKR sneakers and 1 pair from H&M. I just ordered Puma's on sale in the next size just in case b/c her feet are growing so quickly...
Haven't pulled the trigger on any winter boots yet.

I think I will get her these silver Mary Janes (surprize at target). We had livie and Luca Mary Janes last year and I loved them!
I'm trying to figure out how many types she will need before I buy anything. The girl loves her sparkly shoes though!

He has the brown pair from target, then a pair similar to the gray ones but in chambray from Gap. The Carters pair are sitting in my cart - trying decide between them or a new pair of Converse.
