I don't have one yet to share, but did you know you could see other registries on Amazon? They're sorted by region, and it's strangely addicting to look through.

@CatchAFallingStar: I personally didn't register for any clothes and got a bunch because people just love to buy adorable baby clothes (we also got a ton of hand me downs so I really never need to buy baby clothes for my LO). Although the clothes you are registered for are super cute Have you checked to see if your insurance covers a breast pump? Mine covered the Medela PISA for free, including a hands-free pumping bra (make sure you get one of these!). The things we use a lot that I didn't see on your registry: baby carrier (e.g. Ergo, Boba, Bjorn One, etc), an activity gym, a wetbag (to keep in your diaper bag with a change of clothes for LO), sleepsacks/swaddles, white noise machine, soothie pacifier, keekaroo peanut changing pad, first aid items (thermometer, Nose Frieda). I also love the Kiinde breastfeeding system -- saves a lot of time and super easy to use, although it's a little more expensive than just using other storage bags. I also really like having a infant carseat because you can just pop the carseat out of the car and onto the stroller for quick trips without having to get baby in and out of the carseat.

Just to let you know, you can get that exact pump free through your insurance because of ACA. You just call a month before you're due and they ship it out. Just in case you'd like to clear up some space on your registry.
The clothes you've chosen are adorable!

@CatchAFallingStar: My registry is old now, but Cup of Jo has a good guide!

I would add a nose frida and nail scissors (waaay better then regular nail clippers for tiny fingers)

Maybe a few swaddles with the velcro, or we really liked the woobie. Sometimes swaddling with blankets is tricky.
