All morning I have been experiencing shooting stomach pains. The come and go. When the come on, they are pretty bad and feel like a knife stabbing me in the stomach. When they go, I'm left with an achy back. I don't feel like I have to go to the bathroom but I do sometimes feel nauseous during the pain.
Help me, Dr HellobeeGoogler. 
....we are closing on our old house today at 2 so this is super great timing!!!!!! Any suggestions for remedies would be greatly appreciated.

@Boogs: probably not hydrated. I don't really feel like eating or drinking anything. Pains move around. Co-worker suggested really bad PMS?

Anxiety? Acid? I get stomach pains when I have both. Maybe try Tums and some breathing exercises if you think it's stress related?

My worst stomach pains are usually gas. Maybe that, caused by stress?

@mediagirl: any chance you are ovulating? I get intense pains from O days and yes they make me nauseous!
More brutal than period cramps!

@lamariniere: could possibly be stress related. @catlady: also could be gas. I'll try breathing exercises.
@Mamaof2: @T.H.O.U.: who knows. Haha. I haven't tracked my cycle in so long. My last period was super mild (also stress related, I think - it was closing weekend on our new home and moving weekend) so it's possible my body is hitting me hard this month.

My 1st thought was stress. Next is gallbladder maybe Google that. I've had a few gallbladder attacks and they are intense gas like pains and I feel nausea. Gall bladder issues are very common post baby.

Trying hydrating with something like Gatorade and see if that helps?

This sounds quite a bit like my gallbladder attack pains, might be worth checking out if it doesn't subside.

My first 2 thoughts were either gas or gallbladder pains. My mom had pains like that and it turned out to be her gallbladder

@Rocker2014: @Mrs. Sunshine: @threeplusme: okay. I googled gall bladder and I don't have a bunch of those symptoms. This is so frustrating! Thanks for the suggestions.

@mediagirl: It's definitely in your stomach? Low or high? And you said you have dull back pain afterwards. What's your pain level on a scale of 1 to 10? My initial thought was kidney stones or appendicitis.

Don't want to freak you out, but that sounds like how my husband started out with appendicitis. He thought it was maybe a weird stomach bug at first and then over the day the pains kept getting worse. I'd call your doctor to see if they recommend you coming in.

@2PeasinaPod: @littlecasita1122: This was my thought as well. My sister had appendicitis in high school and this was how it started out. She actually stayed at school all day with it too (another story), but had to have her appendix out the very next morning.

@2PeasinaPod: @littlecasita1122: @avivoca: I thought that, too but it isn't in any specific place and now it seems to be subsiding. Not nearly as bad as earlier today. We just closed on our house - maybe it was gas/stress related?

@mediagirl: That's good if it's not as severe now -his continued to get worse during the day, I remember I had to pick him up from work as he couldn't sit comfortably anymore. Hopefully just stress, I always get awful nausea and stomach issues when I'm stressed!

@mediagirl: appendicitis typically starts as pain near the belly button that shifts more into the right lower abdomen with time. You'd have nausea and vomiting most likely, but not always. Reasons to go to the ER: fever>100.4, no BM or gas, worsening pain, dark or bloody vomit. $0.50 please
