My husband snores. So. Effing. Loud. It's always been annoying but it didn't bother as much because it didn't wake me up, so it was only a problem as I was trying to fall asleep. If he sleeps on his side he either doesn't snore, or snores far more quietly, so I'd just make him lay on his side until I fell asleep.

Now it's a much bigger problem because first of all, I am up and down all night with the baby so the trying-to-fall-asleep stage happens every few hours (at least). Also I seem to sleep much more lightly now so his snoring does actually wake me up. Which is extra awesome, considering my general tiredness.

Right now we manage this by my poking him to roll over every time he rolls onto his back, but this means I'm still being woken all the time and he gets really cranky about my constantly waking him up to roll over (not that he doesn't understand by the light of day, but at 4am he's a bit less reasonable). Also he's been complaining now that his shoulder is hurting from all the side sleeping and that he feels better when he sleeps on his back.

We've tried the breath-right strips but first of all, they only work for half the night (they pop-off mid-night) and also he complains that they hurt his nose/make the skin hurt the day after he uses them.

Is there anything else we can do? I'm tired.
