Mine does and it is soooooooo bad. I am actually getting worried for his health! My sleep and sanity are minimal right now. It's so bad I can hear it across the house!

Ugh, he does. I can usually poke him and it makes him stop temporarily.

Yes. He has severe sleep apnea, and his CPAP machine saved out marriage.
wonderful grape / 20453 posts
Yes he has a rare form of apnea. He wears a CPAP when he can but I wear ear plugs *every night* lately because he's so inconsistently using it

Yes, he did a sleep study and it's nothing serious, just enough to drive me seriously crazy when trying to go back to sleep after a MOTN feeding.

Not married yet but my SO only snores once in a while. I'm the one that snores between us two. The kids snore too!
nectarine / 2086 posts
Yes but only when sleeping on his back. I'm always poking him telling him to roll over!

Yes. It's a bit of a point of contention between us. He needs to have sinus surgery but he doesn't want to deal with the recovery. Which is great for him but I'm the one who has to suffer and lose sleep from his awful snoring.

Yes, it's worst on his back. White noise (we use a fan) is essential!!

Hahahaha I'm the one who snores. He had to wake me up last night and tell me to roll over. Sexy, huh?
grapefruit / 4089 posts
Yes, and it gets pretty bad sometimes, but a position change usually fixes it.

Yes. I need ear plugs to sleep at night. I am making him get a sleep study done because it is so bad and I am getting nervous that it's something more serious than just snoring.
persimmon / 1188 posts
He has sleep apnea so he sleeps with a CPAP. Before that he snored so badly but I usually slept through it.
nectarine / 2115 posts
Sometimes. Nose strips help quite a bit, so if he starts up I usually wake him up to put one on.

yeah I'm the one who snores...he doesn't but he still ends up on the couch because he can't stand to listen to me...it's awful, I've broken my nose twice and ever since it is so bad.
wonderful olive / 19353 posts
Yup! And it's even worse if he has some alcohol in his system or is overly tired. It amazes me how DS sleeps through it (he sleeps right next to DH!).

Yes, it's a real problem. I've been meaning to buy him some breath right strips to see if they help.
clementine / 854 posts
Yes, but if I fall asleep before him, I'm fine and sleep through it. If he falls asleep first though, sometimes it can get on my nerves and I'll have to nudge him.
pomegranate / 3658 posts
We both do. Sometimes we joke that it's a race every night which of us can fall asleep first so we don't have to listen to the other one snore.

@Truth Bombs: I just had sinus surgery (deviated septum and widening my nasal passages) Tell him to suck it up the recovery was easy peasy.... I had out patient surgery on a thursday, was out of commission for 2 days and was back to work on Monday.
My husband snores like crazy and drives me nuts. I'm a pretty deep sleeper so most nights I'm fine if I fall asleep first. But if I wake up during the night and he's snoring I usually end up in the spare room.... with ear plugs.... and the doors shut
