I've been making a bit effort to be present with the kids, and felt really good about it! But lately, I've let some old bad habits slip in... especially during the bedtime routine. Gotta put down the phone during bedtime and really just enjoy that snuggle time.

Bedtime is the hardest for me, because I get so sleepy and worry that I'm going to fall asleep. The phone definitely keeps me awake, so I use it as a crutch.
