The time has come to give up on the snap and go after almost a year! I have narrowed my stroller search down to the b ready or city mini. I like the city mini overall, its easy fold and it's cheaper which I definitely like, but I also love the look of the b ready, it seems compact and also allows for the seat to face either way which I love but is probably a needless extra?
Anyone have any experience with these strollers?

@Aimed: I don't know much about the city mini. Have you looked at the b-ready in person? I definitely wouldn't describe it as compact...it's pretty wide. I was planning to get it but decided against it after test driving it. My stroller allows for the seat to face both ways and I do love that feature.

If your lo is already a year you probably won't have them facing you anyway! Do you plan to have a 2nd close to the 1st the b ready can be a nice double which is why many get it.

I have a B-Ready and cannot say enough good things about it. I *LOVE* it. That said, I don't really think the B-Ready and the CityMini are comparable - the CityMini more closely resembles the Britax B-Agile and the B-Ready is more comparable to the UppaBaby Vista or the City Select. (We bought a B-Ready knowing we wanted a second kid soon-ish, so we always planned to use it as a double.) If you want something lighter and easier to fold, the CityMini looks great. But, if you are willing to take on the extra cost and weight, I think the B-Ready is a better choice for exactly the reason you mentioned - before having a baby, I would never have thought of the two-way seat as being a big deal, but now I really like that I can have DD face me. We using the B-Ready as a single now and I am really happy with it.

I have the B ready and LOVE it. I got it because we know we want another soon, so I like that it's a more compact double stroller. It's super easy to use ( folding, transporting ) and I find it easy to steer with one hand when necessary. It's a smooth ride, the basket underneath is a good size for storing whatever. I find it pretty light, I have no problems tossing it in the car and taking it out. I like that the tires are foam or something, so you don't have to worry about a flat tire or the pressure changing.
I have a mazda 3 and it fits in the trunk with no problem. I highly recommend it -
I was going to say the same thing as @septca: -- the B-Agile is comperable to the City Mini. We have the B-Agile (and actually bought a B-Ready for Baby #2 coming this year) and we love it. I liked it better than the City Mini because there isn't that bar across the rear wheels for my husband to kick while pushing it (he's 6'3" with long legs and would kick the City Mini).

I have the b-ready and had the city mini double. I would also say the b-agile and city mini are more comparable. Unless you are planning to have another LO close in age, the b-ready is pretty big compared to other single strollers. I do like it but it's heavy and if I just had one, I wouldn't think it was smooth enough. You might want to try out the UB Cruz, it's not too much more than the b-ready in price but has similar options to the b-ready (other than adding a second seat) and it's not as large.

We have the b ready and got it during one of he free ride vents where you get an extra seat or what have you for free.

We got the City Mini and couldn't say better things about it. It's slender, lightweight, and a good looking piece of gear. We're both petite, and short, so it's a good fit, for us. We were debating between the B-Agile, and the City, but my husband liked the handle on the City, better, whereas I didn't have much preference. The BOB was a contender, but we live on the second floor, and I can't carry that monster, on the daily.
My only complaint is that we should have gotten a City Select, since it can be converted to a double. After we had our daughter, our timeline changed, and we'll likely need a stroller that can accommodate two babes.

Thanks for the advice ladies! I know that the b agile is most similar to the city mini but I prefer the city mini folding mechanism. I like the reversible seat of the b ready and I also just like how it looks. We are undecided on whether to have another and if we do it won't be for another 2 years when LO will be 3 so the second seat for a b ready might not be so useful then.
Are there any other reversible seat strollers out there that you can recommend. It's not an absolute must have but I would like it, that said I don't want to pay a kings ransom for it as we moved to the burbs and realistically don't need to spend a mint on a stroller that won't get the same use as when we were city dwellers.
