I don't know about you but we eat differently in the winter vs the summer. So I've been thinking of what types of meals that I can make in advance to have our freezer stocked once baby #2 comes this June. What types of freezer meals do you like to have in the summer? The only ones I could really think of are pulled pork, chicken, and seasoned ground beef for sandwiches, salads, tacos etc. I'd like to stay away from heavier pasta casseroles and soups.

Any other good suggestions to have in the freezer for lunches and snacks that can be eaten with one hand? I will be making a bunch of various muffins and maybe some homemade granola bars but was stuck on some other savory items.

Thanks!
