I had cramps and backaches for about the first two weeks every day. I also had spotting the whole first trimester.

Congratulations! I just had my cramping calm down at 12 weeks but I had lots of cramping before. I'm sure it's fine!

SO now i am the crazy lady who is hardly cramping at all and worried about that. Clearly I require a straightjacket. Thanks all for chiming in. I suppose time will tell.

Just to add in another (similar) comment. I also had a lot of cramping early on, up until around 8 weeks and sometimes it was quite painful! I also had spotting around that time so I was pretty nervous but it was all fine.
