What was your protocol? I skimmed through the IVF thread but it was overwhelming me. Did you get a from your FET?

Vaginal estrogen tablets starting at cd1, blood test day 3, ultrasound and blood test around day 10 for lining. Then progesterone shots added until transfer and a five day steroid. Transfer and no more estrogen but continued the progesterone. Had two chemical pregnancies but that had more to do with me and the horrible doctor I had at the time.
Good luck.

I don't have experience (although my sister is doing a FET cycle right now!) but I am so excited for you! Fingers crossed!

About a month prior I started BCP. I had a baseline ultrasound to make sure everything was quiet and given the ok to stop the pill and start Lupron. A week after Lupron I had a blood draw and was given the ok to start estrogen patches and progesterone. I would change my patches every third day. I went from wearing two to wearing four. I had my blood drawn weekly to make sure my levels were ok. After two weeks of that I had another ultrasound to check my lining. It was nice and thick so the transfer was scheduled for a few days later. On transfer day I took a Valium and drank tons of water to fill my bladder. We transferred two embryos. I was on bed rest for a couple of days and took it easy for the rest of the tww. I had to continue wearing the estrogen patches and taking progesterone during that time as well. The cycle ended with a bfn. I'm getting ready to do it again next month.

I did 2 fresh and one frozen. My LO is 9 months. The fet is so much easier. I did progesterone shots and took pills, believe it or not but I forget what the pills were for!! I'm convinced the frozen worked because my body didn't have as much going through it!

My RE does things a little different in that he does not do any fresh transfers. So you go through the egg retrieval and then the embryos are frozen - mine at day 5. You take a month off and then do a FET the following month.
I did a natural FET cycle. What this means is that there was very little I had to do before the FET. I used OPKs to test for ovulation and then went in on the day that I got a positive for a scan. I then had to do a trigger shot and we did the actual FET five days later. I was not on any estrogen primming. If I remember correctly, the only thing that I was on was an antibiotic and doxycycline (a steroid). After the FET I had to do progesterone suppositories (no shots!). The day of the FET I took a valium and had a full bladder (which was seriously the worst part). We only transferred one embryo and we got a BFP that cycle. The FET was really easy to do.

Just thought I'd bump this if anyone else is interested in how a FET cycle might work. Mine will be similar to the FET cycles of @brownie: and @brady80: !
My water sono is tomorrow.
I will call the office if I don't get my period by May 7. Then I will take Provera to induce the period. This is an example of how the cycle might work (I may have to be on the Estrace longer if my lining doesn't thicken up fast enough).
Cycle Day #2-14 - Estrace
CD#15-20 - add in progesterone in oil injections and other meds
CD#20 - Blastocyst transfer. Last day of PIO injections.
I'm on my way!

Bump!
I'll have Estrace tabs three times daily once my period starts (last BCP was 2 days ago)...then Progesterone level and U/S (lining check) in about 2 weeks. If everything looks good, I'll start PIO injections, then have my FET the following week!
ETA: I also have an antibiotic and steroid that I will start with my PIO.

My RE has a very similar process as @justdarling: I just did my ER on Oct 31st and now I'm on a 2 month break and plan to do my FET on January 28th. My list of meds to get for my FET in early Jan are: Delestrogen, Estrace, Progesterone in oil & Medrol.
