I agree with @Mrs.KMM: just stop swaddling. It might take a week or so for your LO to get used to it, but he'll be fine!

@Mrs Hedgehog: can he roll even in a sleep sack or swaddled? When my DD first learned to roll back to belly, she couldnt do it in a sleepsack. By the time she was able to do, so she was old enough that she had learned to roll belly to back also so i wasn't concerned.

you shouldn't swaddle him anymore now that he is rolling. He'll either become a tummy sleeper or figure out how to roll tummy to back if you give it a few days. We moved DD out of our room at 4 months - the same time she started rolling back to tummy and we unsaddled her all at once. She had rolled tummy to back a few times but not consistently at that point. Night one she rolled onto her tummy and screamed. I flipped her over and this continued all night long. Night two was slightly better and i just patted/shushed her to sleep on her belly when she rolled. Night three she was a tummy sleeper. At some point oner the next few weeks she became consistent at rolling tummy to back. I did lots of tummy time during the day to try to help encourage it. But, basically he is fine if he can roll to his tummy himself, even if he can't roll back.

Once they can roll, it is no longer safe to swaddle. Our swaddleme products all had warning labels emphasizing this.

I hold his arms while I put him down and then keep holding them for a minute until he gets settled. That usually works for us! Good luck back at work!

Maybe try a Merlin? It made our swaddled in RNP to crib transition flawless
