I recently got diagnosed with "thin" PCOS. I'm 5' 10" and weigh between 135-140 pounds. I have always been thin, but my diet isn't great. My RE didn't really say much when she diagnosed me - just that we would start Clomid on my next cycle for 4-6 months. I'm wondering if I eat healthier or do a specific diet, if it will help. Any lean PCOSers out there? What are you trying, or what worked for you?
I feel very alone in this. :(
