I took FertilAid and FertilCM, green tea, cut carbs, but I'd agree after 2 years to see an RE. There could be bigger issues.

Are you tracking? I found using Ovulation Predictor kits (OPKs) very helpful as I didn't really know when I was ovulating. Or temping is even better. Are you tracking cycles with an App or anything too, also helpful to see patterns. I would also suggest seeing an RE as it's been 2 years. Good luck!

Using OPKs to pinpoint ovulation and then having timed intercourse is really the best "trick" there is. There's no research to back up the use of pineapple/herbs/positions - usually when they seem to "work" it's really just coincidence. If you've been having well-timed intercourse for over a year, I would suggest scheduling an appointment with an RE.
