Both DH and I work full time, and by the time we get the kids in bed for the night, one or both of us is ready to just pass out on the couch! We are usually done with both by 8/8:30 (we take turns on who does what kid) but then we sit down / watch a show and I almost ALWAYS fall asleep on the couch within 5 minutes. I'm getting really sick of feeling like I'm wasting all my "free" time asleep on the couch, but I also feel like I can't function!

I'd love to know if anyone has a routine after you put the kid/s to bed to help you wake back up!
