Hellobee Boards

I got these hologram Paw Patrol cards for the kids to hand out since they are OBSESSED with Paw Patrol.

LO is obsessed with the Trolls movie so I got a box of Trolls valentines (they are actually candy friendship bracelets, not cards). $5.99 for 24 of them. Done and done.

Well, I'm finding that the parents in our preschool class tend to do more than the minimum. So, they will all probably give Valentine treat bags rather than just a simple valentine.

So I have to figure out what we're going to do. I know I won't do whole treat bags, but there's an amazing sweets shop near my job that is a small locally owned business that I love to support, so I will probably put in an order with them for 1-2 chocolate treats wrapped in a pretty way in cellophane, and then I'll attach those to a Valentine that features LO, probably.

We got two packages that come with little masks from Target, LO picked them out. School said no candy allowed and they had a few good non candy valentine choices.

I got some from the dollar spot at Target. I am assuming they are handing them out since they are having a party on the 10th.

I've done a few different things. One year, when we literally got the note to distribute the night before, we got a pack of cards from Walgreens.

The next year, I made them. It was a Mickey or Minnie pencil threaded through a Mickey ears paper with a handwritten sticker from my son.

Year after that, I ordered them from Minted, they make little cards with envelopes. I might do the same this year, we'll see.

She picked Shopkins cards and I got little treat bags to add some extras

I need to check with their teachers to see if they do Valentine's. I'm pretty sure they don't have a party, but I'm not sure if the kids still exchange cards.

Daycare asked us to bring cards in, but the kids are under 1???

Target's dollar section has a card with an animal attached that grows in water over three days. That may be fun even for babies.

@ALV91711: I was thinking about doing these and stickers but went with stickers and the pretzels instead. But thought I'd share since you want non-food.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: we did bubbles when she was in the baby room. I figured the parents of
the infants can save them. Then babies that were older would like them.

I got the brilliant (sigh) idea to make Valentines together this year because she likes crafts and the supplies were 40% off at Michael's. Then I got an email from her preschool saying all the students should bring in 20 Valentines. There are literally seven kids in her class so I don't know WTF is going on. We might have to abandon the homemade ones and go My Little Pony.

@MsInformation: I would find out why you have to bring so many. I was thinking of making something but DS would probably lose interest after a couple.
