There was a thread the other day about homemade vs. store bought Valentine's cards for school. Some shared photos, but I'd love to see more! So, share your LO's school Valentine's cards!
I borrowed this idea for "glow" Valentines from the Web, but I designed my own version of the actual card. The glow stick bracelets were $1 for 8 from the dollar store. I also removed LO's name for privacy, but his name is to the right of the heart.

I just bought cans of play-doh and stuck heart stickers on them that said from LO. I feel like that'll be a win.

DD1 is obsessed with outer space and loved helping make the crayons for hers. DD2's were more of a check-the-box Valentine I made the morning of her party.

This is LO's. It says Doh you want to be my Valentine and has 1 oz. Play Doh in it.
There's a heart beneath where the Play Doh is that says Your Friend, LO's name.

I don't have a pic because she already gave them all out, but I had her water color large pieces of paper from which I cut out heart shapes. We also baked heart shaped cookies that we dipped in chocolate and put sprinkles on.

We gave the boys toy dinosaurs and the girls glittery wands. The teachers got eos lip balm.

Holy cow! These are all so cute. I feel like I'm fairly in the loop with pinteresty things, but I had no idea kids did this type of stuff for Valentine's day.

These are all so fancy and cute! Ours are definitely not Pinterest-worthy but LO loved making them and is very proud of them! LO painted hearts with glitter glue. I wrote messages on the back of each heart and we stuck them in an envelope with a lollipop.

I shared this on another post... I printed out and cut out a design I already have (I design and license greeting cards), and let DS draw and write on the back of it, and put them in envelopes I already had! Love how you guys all have some goodies attached to the Valentine's! I thought about getting gold fish crackers but I was too lazy lol
