I used to be a huge coffee drinker (e.g. 4 cups a day) but now even decaf makes me want to gag. I'm not sure what teas are okay to drink while pregnant since I've heard to avoid herbal teas. Is green tea ok? I also heard to avoid honey since it's not pasteurized so there goes warm water with honey and lemon... So far I think the only thing that I know is okay is ginger tea and hot chocolate but of course everything in moderation (although I've also heard negative things about ginger, so who really knows). Just looking for something that will help me stay warm this winter!
