In a few weeks we will be bring home our first baby, yay!

I'm trying to get the house set up to be stocked and ready to make the first few weeks easier. So far I have about 15 freezer meals, and will also pick up a few frozen options from Costco and Trader Joes as well as have plenty of healthy snacks that I can eat with one hand. I also set up a shopping list with Safeway grocery delivery for our staples. Even though we are cloth diapering I have disposables N-2. Even though I am planning on breastfeeding, I have some fourmula & bottles handy.

Last year I bought a Kuerig and that will be awesome when M is traveling since I am a big coffee drinker.

When you were home the first few weeks/months what were you thankful you had or set up in advance? What did you wish you had, or would have done to prepare or found yourself scrambling for?
