Since we've had 4 pregnancies, we've tried:
- not trying, not preventing
- using the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor
- Clomid + IUI
- getting drunk and not using birth control (aka completely unplanned)
- doing the baby dance around ovulation time
What TTC methods have you tried, and which ones were successful? For us, all the above methods were successful except for the Clearblue Fertility Monitor, but the monitor let me know that I wasn't ovulating at all.

Temping and opk's. Honestly, the cheap opk's I bought weren't worth it. They never told me I was ovulating and they never told me I was pregnant (two different types of sticks). I also charted in Fertility Friend and that helped me narrow down when I "should" ovulate.

the one time we got pregnant naturally was during ovulation time after an hsg.
tried temping/opks/fms - but none worked for me.

So far just temping. We'll do that for a few cycles and see what happens.

We used charting to avoid pregnancy for 18 months, and then the first month we TTC, we got it. Now that we are TTC post MC, we're hoping that charting helps us be successful.

We've just done good old fashioned timed intercourse, the Sperm Meets Egg Plan, two medicated IUIs. The successful one was just timed intercourse but that ended in a miscarriage. We've yet to get pregnant again 
We're tentatively scheduled for IVF in December.

I've been charting and its been really helpful in helping me pinpoint my O date. I've also been using CBE Digital Ovulation Tests and love em! I know the Wondfo OPKs are much cheaper however I would probably drive myself crazy trying to figure out if it was a + or not by looking at the lines. You can't really make a mistake with digital ones, you either get a happy face (+) or don't (-). I buy them on Amazon so its much cheaper than buying it in stores.

We've just tried charting/temping. I think if it doesn't happen this cycle, I'll look into getting some OPK's.

Temping/Charting... even though I slack on this all the time now.
Using OPKs and BDing around O time.

I got pregnant the first time with just temping/charting. We're trying with OPKs now, after I had an early MC.

Cheap OPKs... although we got pregnant on the 2nd month of trying so we probably could have done without.

I have super irregular cycles so after going off the pill and having several months with no period, I took a course of provera to bring on a period. I also did acupunture/Chinese herbs/minor diet adjustments for about a month. We were just getting mentally prepared to move on to Clomid when all of a sudden I turned up preggo.

Charting, OPKs, and the month we got pregnant, Preseed. I got pregnant in month 10 and had a miscarriage, but we're going to keep trying through the end of the year before we make an IF appointment.

@habesbabe - LOL.
its month 2 that we're really trying. the first month we just watched the calendar checked my cervix (though i gotta admit i had no idea what i was feeling for) and just did it as much as we could. I was incredibly disappointed when I got my period (which ironically came 40 days - my longest ever wait- after my last period). this month we used cheap ovulation tests to time our sexy time.

I currently chart temps. I'm pretty much laying off of anything else.
Past things: CBFM, HSG (did result in pg that cycle - although it's not a "technique"), legs in air, green tea...

We started with the see what happens plan, moved on to charting/temping, then clomid & TI, Follistim injects & TI, and now injects and IUI.

We charted (Sympto-thermal method- so temp, CM, and CP) for 1.5-2 years before starting to TTC- We charted to avoid pregnancy. I wanted to stop charting for a few monthes when we started to TTC, but my husband insisted we continue charting. "its not like we can unlearn what we know" was his rational. Our first cycle was just charting, this past cycle I added OPKs to the mix. So far so good.

@habesbabe I read that twice just to make sure I saw it right. LOL
We've only been trying for a month so far, but we're temping. We used temping to prevent pregnancy, so it just made sense to start doing it that way. I'll probably add OPKs if we still come up empty this month.
