Is there any profession you think your LO is SOL ($hit outta luck) on due to your genetics?
For ours it will be singing. I can't sing, neither can my husband, nor can my ILs or my mom or siblings or BILs.
So unless they get some super dormant long lost gene .... sorry honey, a singer you will not be!

Anything you need to be tall or have long legs for! We both have crazy short inseams! Also, anything artistic.

He couldn't be a celebrity or in politics. He doesn't do well with public speaking and doesn't actually like the general public all that much.

I can't rule anything out based on genetics but I can rule out things for other reasons .... like DD cannot be a stripper!!!

Based on genetics, LO will never be singer or a model. I'm borderline tone deaf and hubs and I are both short Asians. LOL.

@regberadaisy: I wish we were rich! My husband and I both want my son to be some sort of athlete and golf seemed like the sport that a korean guy has a decent chance in. haha. Not sure how we will fund his training though!

Anything athletic. There's a stereotype that Jews aren't athletic. Dh and I fit that stereotype.

A professional athletic career, I am horrible at any type of running or team sport, DH is a good althlete, but pretty short.
Also, LO probably isn't going to be able to carry a tune! ha

Basketball or any sport involving height. I'm 5' and DH is 5'8" and my entire family is really short (maternal grandparents are 4'9" and 5'4")

A basketball player maybe? We're both short--5'0" and 5'7".
Other than that, DH and I are complete opposites when it comes to talents/aptitudes, so as long as LO doesn't get both of our deficiencies, they'll be fine.

probably anything with height... everyone's saying "you never know" but I'm 5'6" and Wagon Sr. is 5'7", and none of our parents are super tall either. Both our moms are 5'0"! At his last appointment he was 11th percentile for height... oops. Hehe. I keep saying to Wagon Sr. "you're short and you were fine!"

I don't know. We are both pretty reserved and shy so it would be weird to see our future LO be very loud and outgoing.
