I think we're having honey lime chicken with potato wedges. Both Sweet and russet. That was supposed to be yesterdays dinner but the power went out for about 4 hours and I had no way to cook anything! DH insisted I build a fire but dinner would have never been ready before dark!

@mediagirl: Yes, we do lemon pepper, and a korean beef stock powder (da-shi-da), garlic powder, and sometimes a lil bit of Bragg, Liquid Aminos, Natural Soy Sauce Alternative!

Roasted chicken and sweet potatoes. Probably throw in some red onion and peppers too. Mmmmm. I plan to coat it all in olive oil and paprika.

@mrs. wagon: I lied it says goulash I thought it was sloppy joes, and I did not use Cheese Whiz...haha I used real cheese and it still tastes good!

@mrs. wagon: Yep that's what it tastes like, an "adult" hamburger helper! I used just regular tomato juice last time since that's all I had on hand, and honestly you might not even need it!

Steaks (finally learned to make them seared in cast iron and baked, OMG), mashed potatoes, and steamed veggies.
We frequently do sauteed asparagus with steaks.

Salmon with a lime/hoisin glaze and rice, and I still need to figure out a side. Maybe roasted cauliflower? I have a pretty sad collection of veggies at home, maybe I'll stop and get some broccoli or something.

I roasted a turkey breast this morning and made sweet potato fries, but now my morning sickness is making that all sound awful.....so LO will have that and I'll have a pbj or cereal.
