What are you all making/eating for dinner tonight? I need some ideas!

leftover chicken Parmesan meatloaf (thanks Hilsy85 for the recipe!) with mashed potatoes & asparagus.

My husband can't taste anything so whatever we make has to be spicy!
Were making Thai tonight.. Stir fried veggies with chicken over brown rice.
I'll heat up chicken noodle soup for Chloe (I made a homemade pot over the weekend) & she'll probably want some rice!

I have some round steak that I need to cook before it goes bad, so that with steamed potatoes. If it smells funky then we'll be having leftover pizza that we bought for the babysitter last night.

Leftover garlic Parmesan Wingstop wings. I think tomorrow's lunch is going to be leftover pot roast from Friday. LO loves my Guinness pot roast.

Tostadas with ground turkey, lettuce, cheese and avocado. Hoping the LO will eat something!

Wilted Greens Tacos: chicken (shredded) and simmered into tomatillo salsa and spinach. Top with a little sour cream, in a warm corn tortilla.
Side: homemade pinto beans

You tell me! I made three meals over Lorelei's nap-- chicken and dumplings, beef bourguignon, and butter burgers. HB can choose a winner-- I am now too tired to decide.

I think chicken and dumplings is one of my favorite comfort foods of all time. And it gets the girls to eat loads of veggies, which at our house is always a win.
