It's my first Mother's Day and DH is asking what I had in mind. The only thing I can think of is an Alex and Ani bangle. He's asking for a tattoo of DD's footprint for Father's Day, which is so sweet and meaningful. Any ideas? What are you ladies hoping for?

Well last Mother's Day I was in labor all day and L wasn't born until the day after, so it's bound to be less painful this year despite being pregnant again, haha!
I'm getting a prenatal massage. I'd really like some kind of birthstone jewelry, I think some of the right hand rings on etsy are very cool, but think I'd rather hold off on that until next year until I know both of my kid's birthstones. Oh, and sleeping in, of course!

I'm going to a spa day with friends a few weeks before, and counting that as my gift. We'll go out for breakfast that weekend (probably on Saturday because I hate waiting/crowds). I kind of mentioned I want some new, nice jeans, so I'd like to go shopping by myself after....but that plus spa day is a lot of moola.
Mostly I just hope he shows up with a good card. He's really busy at work, so I haven't gotten a love letter in a long time (he used to give me one every few months).

My DH has DD's footprint tattooed on his leg along with her name and birthday. I think that is a great gift! I may just gift him that for Father's day this year as he wants to do it for this baby as well.

DH and a photographer friend conspired to gift me a mother/daughter mini photo session, so I can get breastfeeding and babywearing photos at the beach. I'm thrilled!

Nothing, actually! Well, a card and a sleep-in would be nice, and maybe lunch or dinner out. But D completely spoiled me on my birthday yesterday, so I'm really not in want of much

A few hours alone at Home Depot to pick up some plants for our landscaping.

Flowers, a card from DH & one from LO (She will only be 8 months but I would do the same for DH!) & DH to cook dinner, which he has never ever done ever. So that may not turn out but it's the thought! LOL

The zoo with lo and dh! Then maybe a campfire! (We'll see) But definitely a picnic at the park and the zoo! DH took the day off

I already got what I wanted! I wanted to be moved into a new place and we haven't spent the night there yet but everything's almost unpacked and it's a nice step up from our last place.

I would really appreciate this planner for school! I would be fine with something other than this (expensive!!) one, except that I can't find anything that includes the ability to plan your day by the hour, have a to-do list on the same page as well as a two-page monthly spread. My work/school schedule is so busy it would be such a helpful organizational tool.
