Trying to think... maybe it was my honeymoon? I'm not really a traveler, unless I'm visiting family or friends. My dream trip is one that Bee takes with the kids, while I staycation haha.
Our ten year anniversary is coming up though, so maybe we'll get away for a weekend and go somewhere!

We just got back from Mexico last month! Spent five days at an all inclusive resort, first trip sans kids and first real vacation since our honeymoon 5 years ago! It still makes me smile to think about it.

We went to Orlando (Disney) in August.
Next trip might be to visit friends in Vegas.

Real trip as in you need to fly there? Vegas this spring. Small trip, VT to the King Arthur cooking school for a few days last month.

Mexico last May, but that was for my brother's wedding, so not sure if that counts. We're planning on going to St. Maarten right before Christmas.

Last "real trip" would be Bahamas where LO1 was conceived. Otherwise we've done weekends away but I don't count those as vacations since it is so quick!

We were in Dominican for our wedding this past February! It was amazing... but I dunno if it counts cuz 80 of our friends & family were there so it was kind of visiting. We are going to Costa Rica this upcoming January and it'll kinda be a babymoon, though I do have a relative there (who paid for the trip, no less!)

Does a night at Mohegan Sun count? If so, that was my last trip in July with some girlfriends.
Otherwise, my last real trip was to Vegas in December 2011/January 2012! Also with girlfriends!

In September (last month) we went on a trip around Europe. We had a blast. It was our before we start TTC vacation. We knew it would be a while before we could do that when we had kids.

A month in Spain walking the Camino de Santiago and another two weeks floating around Portugal and Morocco last October. It was our "pre-kids last hurrah" trip. And it was incredible.

3 years ago we took a trip up the coast, camped in two spots, and visited San Francisco. I've been there many times, but it was such a fun trip for my husband and I to see so much beautiful scenery on the way and then eat in so many amazing restaurants up there.

We went to Bar Harbor in September. It was our first family vacation. Prior to that, my husband and I went to Provence for a week as a baby moon of sorts.

Not counting business trips or trips to see family and friends, my last was a trip to Mexico City with DH while I was pregnant in 2012. I need to go somewhere else fun soon, the trouble is that my family live in London and I live in NYC so visiting them makes it difficult to get the money and time together to go to far flung locales.

We went on three trips this summer! We spent 4 days at a resort with friends in the hill country in Texas (only a couple hour drive). We went to Sonoma with my parents for a week. And we met my DH's parents in San Antonio for a long weekend. It was a good summer!

Ummm we went to VT for the weekend in September for our anniversary. But we saw DH's parents on one of the nights (don't get me started...) so it doesn't completely count. Before that, we went to the Oregon coast for four days for a wedding in August.
@loki: We went to Costa Rica last January for our belated honeymoon! It was so awesome. Sunny and hot every single day. Which region are you going to?

@IRunForFun: it's the most amazing place eh? We will be in San Jose a bit because that's where my dad lives. Then heading to Arenal for a night or two. My dad has a beach front condo just outside of Jaco so we'll spend most of our time there and do a day trip or two to Manuel Antonio. It's my husband's first time so I want him to see a bit this trip. We were hoping to go to the monkey sanctuary in Nosara but I'm pregnant so we decided against it! Next time!

We spend a week at the lake every year with DH's entire extended family. Otherwise it was our honeymoon to Isla Mujeres 4 years ago

@mrs. bird: That sounds like fun! How was the cooking school? We have a couple of spots we love in VT but always looking to add to that list....
In August we went to DC. It was partly work (for my husband only) and a total vacation for me and LO.
In May we took LO to Sesame Place and stayed at the Ritz in Philly and had quite a luxurious weekend!!! So much fun!

Maybe Taiwan earlier this year? But I was just tagging along on DH's work trip, so it wasn't totally a "real" trip. Guess I'd say Iceland last September.

DH and I went to Europe this past July. We spent a week travelling around hitting Paris, Amsterdam, and Bruges. Then we went to a 3-day EDM festival outside of Brussels! So much fun!

Jamaica in June of this year. Before that was our honeymoon last October and we went on a cruise in March of last year. We were making up for lost time as we had never really gone on vacation in the 9 years we've been together! And now with baby coming any day now, we won't be doing it for a while yet again.
