I just saw a friend on facebook whose gender reveal was having her mom and MIL pie her and her husband with either a strawberry (girl) or blueberry (boy) filled pie - like literally smashing the pies in their face. They looked like they were having so much fun - I thought it was awesome! What's the most creative/fun gender reveal you've seen?

I had a friend do it with stuffed pizza. If it was stuffed with white sauce, it was a boy, and if it was stuffed with red sauce, it was a girl. The innuendo on that one kind of grossed me out.....

I had a friend of a friend use their white dog. They had her painted pink and hidden in a bedroom until it was time for the reveal, then they let her out to run around the party. I saw the video and it looked so cute!

We didn't do a gender eeveal as an event, but we've had a few friends do the paint on hands in the shape of a heart during a photo shoot.

Someon revelry did say it guns filled with pink/blue paint. At the same time they sprayed a canvas to reveal. The canvas will be set for the baby room

Good friends of mine cooked a Scotch egg and cut it open to reveal. The white of the egg was dyed blue. (That's a hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat wrapped in dough.)

I saw one of Facebook the other day where the parents (who are big golfers) hit exploding golf balls and this crazy blue smoke came out!

@mfa_lady: No way, I never even knew exploding golf balls was a thing (then again, I barely know golf is a thing!). Lol, I wonder if they made it themselves or if there's a market for gender reveal golf balls
